Do you need to SEO your website?
June 2nd, 2009Everyone with a Web site eventually asks about SEO. What does it mean, how hard is it, how long does it take, what results can we expect, and the big decision maker… how much will it cost?
We have been looking for a solution that would satisfy those questions with specific answers to each and every site we are asked to review. So what solution did we find? One that will help you precisely target what SEO service your site needs and allow you to assess the ROI from any SEO efforts you opt for.
A new Web site audit tool that will help you SEO your site
seOverflow’s new offering, “seOverview” – a Web site audit tool that provides some of the most useful information about search engine optimization for your Web site – is now a recommended must-have for our clients! We were lucky enough to receive the first seOverview from Mike and the gang over at seOverflow and here’s the low-down on their new audit program.
First off, the audit is very competitively priced. The process was extremely simple too – we just filled out their request form and about a week later we received a shiny new 46 page detailed report about every aspect of our site. And, the report was written in such a way that each and every recommendation was very easy to implement!
The audit was truly a customized report about “everything SEO” for our Web site. We found out what aspects were doing really well and where to make improvements. The on-site analysis included everything from usability (including reading level of the content, placement of elements, etc.), a Google health check, duplicate content issues (if any), use of headlines, keywords, title tags, and meta tags, to detailed reviews of critical internal pages, semantic HTML, incoming links, and more.
Next up came the off-page analysis. From a competitive analysis (including a run down on three of our competitors and what they are doing on their sites) to recommendations for social networking, directory listings, and other off-page link building opportunities, this really topped it off for us.
It was fantastic to receive honest and objective information on our site! While we knew a lot about our site (being Web designers and site developers), we still learned a lot from our seOverview and cannot wait to see the results from our implementation efforts once Google indexes all of the changes we have been making.
Once again seOverflow has earned their spot as our only trusted Denver SEO company.
So, if you have an existing site and want to explore possible SEO options, give us a call! We work hand in hand with seOverflow to help you implement any SEO tactics recommended for your site.
