Recognizing Green Design
April 29th, 2009
As more and more companies are “going green” with their business practices and operations, they realize that they have a need for green design – design that takes all factors into consideration, including the type of ink and paper used in the reproduction of their materials, the reproduction process itself, and even looking for green friendly Web hosting.
Greenway Builders (a green-focused Denver remodeling company) will be featured in the new Crescent Hills Book, “The Big Book of Green Design“, for the green design work we produced for them in 2008. Greenway prints exclusively on recycled papers, using environmentally friendly printing processes, and is hosted with a wind powered Web host. Additionally, all of their pieces are designed for multiple uses – minimizing the amount of pieces they need to print when they do go on press.
The book, featuring national green design samples, will be available in September 2009. In the mean time you can check out our work for them in our on-line portfolio.
