Part-Time Studio Artist

Currently accepting applications for an entry level studio artist at our Denver-based design studio.

Part-time/flexible hours to start with potential for full-time employment.

Daily work assignments may include type setting, edits to existing files, implementation of existing design and brand standards, ad creation, revisions to existing designs, and production tasks. We have a diverse client base and work on various marketing projects which include print and Web communications. This position’s main focus will be to assist the creative director in daily tasks and complete projects for print and Web delivery.

While we are accepting applications from current students, recent graduates, and others seeking entry level placement, we are looking for individuals with:

• Understanding of basic design principles
• Proven typographic skills
• Understanding of prepress and file prep (REQUIRED)
• Understanding of Web development and the ability to design for Web and mobile media (Basic HTML / CSS skills are a plus.)
• Proficiency with Adobe CS4, Windows Platform
• Professional Customer Service / Client relations
• Must be detailed oriented and able to follow directions
• Ability to work independently and complete multiple assigned tasks
