Retail Branding – LotionLites

Providing a professional brand for on-line retail products.
If you build it, they will come… but will they stay and buy? Like many entrepreneurs, LotionLites had a fantastic product that was stagnant in its growth due to ineffective branding. The company had been successful in a face-to-face retail setting where the product could be explained to the customer, but their on-line sales were limited to reorders from existing customers. The existing brand consisted of traditional do-it-yourself efforts by the company owners, and the site was built by a family friend. While the site did allow for ordering of products, the system was difficult to track, and the messaging was not targeted to the purchasing audience, nor was it on par with the quality of the product.
Powered with a new, professional brand, LotionLites has hit the on-line market with a new site that not only offers their full product line, but educates the customer about this unique product just as effectively as a traditional retail environment. The new branding included specifications for photography, colors, presentation of materials, and messaging – all of which have been applied to the new site, developed in conjunction with one of our marketing partners, CreativeXChange.
